Liftopia Taps KickApps Online Community
San Francisco-based Liftopia.com, a provider of discount life tickets for skiers and snowboarders, and New York-based KickApps said the two have launched a new online community on Liftopia. The two said the new community, The Lodge, will allow skiers and snowboarders to share videos, photos, and opinions of ski resorts. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. KickApps is a provider of hosted software for social networking and user generated content. Liftopia is a startup focused on providing disocunt tickets for skiiers.
