Social.FM Inks Distribution Deal
Sunnyvale-based Social.FM, which operates a mobile social music service, said Monday that it is in a distribution agreement with Handmark. According to the firms, Handmark will market and deliver Social.FM through its global channels. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Social.FM allows wireless customers to listen to music through their cell phones; the firm was formerly known as Mercora.
