Five9, a provider of virtual call center services, said Thursday that it has raised $12M in equity funding from Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Partech International, and Mosaic Venture Partners. The firm, which allows companies to build contact centers through a on-demand offering, said the funding will go towards sales, marketing, and product development. Mitchell Kertzman of Hummer Winblad sits on Five9's board.
