MediaXstream Raises $10M
San Jose-based MediaXstream said today that it has raised $10M in a Series A investment. The firm said it is developing a carrier-neutral, high quality transport and managed network service for the production and broadcast industry. The round was led by Constellation Ventures, and also included Columbia Venture Corporation. MediaXstream said its focus will be on digital and HD formats for sports, TV and film product, news, mobile content, and IPTV.
