Redwood City-based Nimsoft, a developer of software for IT performance and availability monitoring, said Tuesday that it has acquired Indicative Software, which develops tools for application performance monitoring. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to Nimsoft, the deal brings the company's total employees to 161 worldwide. Indicative was based in Colorado.
