Salesforce.com, Google Link Applications
San Francisco-based Salesforce.com and Mountain View-based Google said this morning that the two have inked a strategic alliance, where Salesforce has tied into Google Apps. According to the firms, Google Apps has integrated with Salesforce applications, which will tie Salesforce.com's customer relationship management applications into Gmail, Google Docs, Google Talk, and Google Calendar. Financial details of the alliance were not announced. The deal also calls for Salesforce.com to offer a version of Salesforce for Google Apps, for $10 per user per month, starting sometime this summer.
