Social Gaming Network Grabs $15M
Palo Alto-based Social Gaming Network, a publisher of games for Facebook and other social networking web sites, said Tuesday morning that it has raised $15M in a Series A funding. The funding came from Greylock Partners, Founders Fund, Columbia Capital and Novak Biddle Venture Partners. According to the firm it is creating a ecosystem for the creation and publication of games on the "social web." The firm is behind the game Warbook, an online game available through Facebook.
