Fliptrack Becomes Moblyng, Raises $5.7M
Menlo Park-based Fliptrack said today that it has become Moblyng, and raised $5.7M in funding. The funding came rom MDV-Mohr Davidow Ventures and Deep Fork Capital, and will go towards Moblyng's social media services. The firm's software allows consumers to share photos, videos, slide shows, and other content with their friends on their mobile phones; a major feature of the product is ability to convert Flash-based content to images or video for mobile phones. The firm had previously raised $1.52M in March of 2007.
