Zannel Raises $10M
San Francisco-based Zannel said today that it has raised $10M in a Series B funding. The round came from Alloy Ventures and existing investors U.S. Venture Partners and Palomar Ventures. Zannel operates an instant messaging service focused on sharing photos, video, and other media with friends via mobile phone. According to the company, the round brings its total raised to $16M. David Ezequelle of Alloy Ventures joins the company's board as part of the funding.
