Elliott Laboratories Acquired By Test Firm
Sunnyvale-based Elliott Laboratories, a provider of electromagnetic compliance testing services, has been acquired by National Technical Systems (NTS), a Southern California-based provider of engineering and testing services for the defense, aerospace, telecommunications, automotive, and high tech markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. Elliott Laboratories operates compliance testing facilities in Sunnyvale and Fremont; the company's services are used for electromagnetic compliance testing.
