ITM Software Acquired By BMC
Santa Clara-based ITM Software has been acquired by BMC Software, BMC said this morning. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. ITM Software is a developer of software used for managing IT finance, vendors, people, assets, projects and compliance. ITM Software has previously raised venture capital from Red Rock Ventures, InnoCal Venture Capital, Ascend Venture Group, Technology Partners, RBC Technology Ventures and Square 1 Bank; the firm's most recently round was in August of 2007, when it pulled in $4M for its software products.
