Glam Media Buys UK Media Sales Firm
Brisbane, California- and New York-based Glam Media announced this morning that the firm has acquired Monetise Limited, an online media sales company based in the UK. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Monetise manages online advertising for Flixer.com, TVGUide.co.uk, and ARTISTdirect.com in the UK market, among others. According to Glam, the founders and employees of Monetise will join Glam Media's UK team as part of the acquisition. Monetise was founded three years ago.
