Coupons, Inc. Buys Coupon Firm
Mountain View-based Coupons, inc., a provider of interactive coupon marketing and technology, said Wednesday that it has acquired CouponBug LLC. Financail terms of the deal were not disclosed. CouponBug provides online national and local grocery coupons, health and beauty coupons, entertainment coupons, and retail coupons. The firm was a distributor of national brand coupons from Coupons, Inc.
