Teneros Replaces Executive Team
Mountain View-based Teneros said today that it has undergone what it calls a "full restructuring" of its executive team, and launched a new software-as-a-service product. According to the firm, it has appointed Ben Petro as the firm's new President and CEO; hired Patrick Kearns as General Manager and Vice President of Corporate Development; appointed Jon Ferrell as its VP of Direct Sales; and named David Novosad as VP of Business Oeprations. The company said that Goldman Sachs and New Enterprise Associates, the firm's investors, were "instrumental" in the restructuring of the company's management team. The firm's new software-as-a-service offering provides high availability and disaster recovery for Microsoft Exchange, offered as a monthly-fee-per-mailbox service.
