Palo Alto-based VMware said late Tuesday evening that it has completed its acquisition of B-hive Networks. VMware had said that it would acquire B-hive, a developer of application performance management software, on May 28th. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. VMware said that B-hive's R&D facility in Herzliya, Israel will become the core of a new development center in Israel. B-hive's software uses VMware's server virtualization products to monitor applications running within virtual machines.
