Agilent Buys Particle Sizing Systems
Santa Clara-based Agilent Technologies has acquired Particle Sizing Systems, a provider of instruments for measuring particle size and stability in materials, the firm said Tuesday morning. Agilent did not disclose financial terms of the deal, but said that most of Particl Sizing Systems' 37 employees will join the firm. Particle Sizing Systems' products are used for measuring particle size of things such as soft drinks, inject inks, and semiconductor polishing slurries
