Interwoven Acquires Discovery Mining
San Jose-based Interwoven said Thursday afternoon that it has acquired Discovery Mining, a San Francisco-based provider of content management and e-discovery software. Interwoven will pay $36M in cash and also assume existing employee stock options for Discovery Mining. Discovery Mining's clients include DLA Piper UK LLP, Greenberg Traurig LLP, Holland & Knight, Morrison & Foerster LLP, and Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP. The firm was founded in 2002.
