ELASTRA Raises $12M For Cloud Computing Software
San Francisco-based ELASTRA, a developer of cloud computing software, announced this morning that it has closed on $12M in Series B financing. The round was led by Bay Partners, and also included Amazon.com and Hummer Winblad Venture Parners. ELASTRA's software is used to configure and deploy applications into cloud computing environments. The firm said the funding will go towards accelerating customer growth and further development of its software. Neal Dempsey of Bay Partners joins the company's board along with the funding.
