San Francisco-based blog search and social media site Technorati announced Tuesday that the firm has acquired Blogcritics.org, an online community of bloggers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to Technorati, the acquisition will give it more advertising inventory for the firm, and will also allow it to work with Blogcritics authors to help them monetize their own blogs. Blogcritics is a site publishing articles across a wide range of topics, ranging from politics, technology, to music from thousands of different bloggers.
