Rearden Commerce Buys Global Ground Automation
Foster City-based Rearden Commerce, a provider of products for helping individuals and businesses find and purchase services, said Monday that it has acquired Global Ground Automation, Inc. According to Rearden, GGA develops technology that automates the reservation process for the ground transportation industry. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
