Palo Alto-based Gigya said Wednesday that it has raised $11M in a Series C funding round. According to Gigya, the round was led by DAG Ventures. Gigya said the funding will go towards both new and existing products and features. Gigya develops and operates a widget marketplace and related tools. The funding round brings the company's total raised to $24.5M. Gigya has previously scored funding from Mayfield, Benchmark Capital, and First Round Capital. Gigya did not say if those investors also participated in the Series C round.
