Los Gatos-based Netflix said Wednesday that the firm has inked a deal with Starz Entertainment to stream movies over broadband. According to the firms, Netflix will make movies from Starz, through the "Starz Play" broadband subscription movie service, available for streaming through Netflix. The Starz content will be included as part of the current subscription structure at Netflix. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. According to the firms, the deal adds approximately 2,500 additional movies and other content available on Netflix. Netflix also said that it will offer a subscription to Starz for $7.99 a month in conjunction with the deal.
