Quantros Buys Medcast Health Analytics
San Francisco-based Quantros, which provides safety and compliance data for the healthcare industry, said Thursday afternoon that it has acquired Medcast Health Analytics, a provider of web-based clinical utilization and financial analytic products. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Quantros said it was advised by B.C. Ziegler and Company in the transaction. Both Quantros and Medcast provides products used by healthcare organizations for risk management of their hospitals and healthcare organizations.
