Allopartis Biotechnologies Gains Funding
San Francisco-based Allopartis Biotechnologies, which is developing biofuel technology, raised a Series A funding, according to investor CalCEF Angel Fund. X/Seed Capital Management also participated in the round. No other details of the funding were disclosed. CalCEF Angel Fund disclosed the funding in conjunction with the announcement of a second close for the fund. CalCEF also invested in HID Laboratories and an unnamed startup developing semiconductor process equipment for producting advanced solar cells.
