San Francisco-based KPG Ventures, which invests in seed-stage, consumer Internet companies, said this week that it has launched its second fund, KPG II. Size of the new fund was not disclosed, nor did the firm detail LPs or whether the fund has closed yet. KPG said the second fund will be similar in structure to its first fund, which has been invested in Internet video advertising, real time group interaction for entertainment, media consumption and social media. KPG's portfolio firms include NileGuide, Sportgenic, SezWho, Doppelganger, and others.
