Symantec Completes MessageLabs Buy
Cupertino-based Symantec has officially completed its acquisition of MessageLabs, a provider of online messaging services, the firm announced this morning. Symantec originally announced the acquisition of UK-based MessageLabs in early October, saying it would pay $695M in cash for the firm. MessageLabs' is becoming part of a software-as-a-service offering from Symantec.
