eOn Communications Buys Cortelco Systems
San Jose-based eOn Communications Corporatioin said today that it has agreed to buy Cortelco Systems Holding Corporation in an $11M deal. Cortelco is formerly part of ITT Telecommunications, and develops telephones for the U.S., Latin America, and other markets. eOn Communications is a developer of PBX, VoIP, and other systems.
