EAG Buys Nano Integrated Solutions
Sunnyvale-based EAG, a provider of surface analysis and materials characterization services, said today that it is in a definitive agreement to acquire Nano Integration Solutions, Inc. Nano Integrated Solutions provides release to production (RTP) and failure analysis services to the integrated circuit market. Financial terms of the acquisition was not disclosed. EAG said that Nano Integrated Solutions has approximately 85 employees an locations in Santa Clara, Phoenix, Arizona, and Austin, Texas.
