Project Playlist Inks Deal With Sony BMG
Palo Alto-based Project Playlist, a startup which allow users to share their music playlists with friends and others, said today that it has inked an agreement with SONY BMG Music. According to Project PLaylist, the deal will give its users direct access to SONY BMG's digital music library. Project PLaylist said it will allow its users to access SONY BMG's library as part of its social networking and music discovery service. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Project Playlist is venture backed by the Pilot Group and offers social networking widgets focused on music playlists.
