Provigent Raises $10M
Santa Clara-based Provigent, which develops systems-on-a-chip for the broadband wireless market, announced Monday that it has raised $10M in a fifth round of funding. The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with the entire round. Provigent has previously scored funding from Sequoia Capital, Pitango Venture Capital, Globespan Capital Partners, Magma Venture Partners, Ascend Technology Ventures, Delta Ventures, Stata Venture Partners, and Dr. Andrew Viterbi.
