BDNA Completes PS'Soft Buy
Mountain View-based BDNA Corporation, a provider of IT infrastructure management software, said today that it has completed its acquisition of European firm PS'Soft. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to BDNA, the merged companies will be headed by Fred Hessabi, who has previously served at Siebel Systems, Endeca, SSA, and D&B Software. PS'Soft also develops IT asset and service management software.
