Carrier IQ Snags $20M
Mountain View-based Carrier IQ said Tuesday that the firm has raised $20M in new funding, for the firm's software for measuring mobile phone service quality. According to Carrier IQ, the funding came from Intel Capital and Presidio Ventures. The company said the Series C funding round will go towards expansion and product development. Carrier IQ's software is used to measure performance and usage characteristics of mobile services and devices.
