Matrix Partners Adds General Partner
Menlo Park-based venture capital firm Matrix Partners has added on a new General Partner at the firm, Josh Hannah, the firm said Tuesday. Hannah, who was co-founder and CEO of Flutter.com, will focus on companies in the Internet, software, and other consumer technology areas. Hannah founded Flutter.com, which is now London-based Betfair.com. He was also behind eHow, which was sold to Demand Media in 2006. Matrix said that Hannah will be located at its Silicon Valley office on Sand Hill Road. Hannah sites on the boards of Betfair, Friendster, Minted.com and uShip.
