VISTO Corp. announced Tuesday that it has agreed to acquire Good Technology from semiconductor manufacturer Motorola Inc. Terms of the transaction, which VISTO said is expected to close by the end of the month, were not revealed. Good Technology offers wireless messaging, mobile VPN data access, device management and handheld security to enterprise customers worldwide. By acquiring Good Technology, VISTO explained, VISTO will be able to provide its government and enterprise clients in more than 100 countries with a broader range of mobile offerings on more than 400 different mobile devices.
