Tela Innovations Buys Blaze DFM
San Jose-based Tela Innovations, a developer of semiconductor design software, said Monday that it has acquired Sunnyvale-based Blaze DFM, a provider of semiconductor testing and analysis software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to Tela Innovations, key engineering personnel from Blaze will join the company. Tela Innovations is backed by AsiaTech Management, Cadence Design Systems, Intel Capital, KT Venture Group, and Qualcomm Ventures; Blaze DFM was backed by El Dorado Ventures, Lightspeed Ventures, and Mobius Venture Capital.
