ooma Hires CFO
Palo Alto-based ooma said today that the firm has named Andrew Galligan as the firm's Chief Financial Officer. Galligan joins the company from Reliant Technologies, where he was VP of Finance and CFO. ooma said that Galligan has had over twenty years of finance experience. Galligan reports to oom'as President and CEO, Eric Stang. ooma develops a hardware device that provides free, voice-over-IP services using a user's broadband connection. ooma is venture backed by Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Worldview Technology Partners, The Founders Fund Management LLC, WI Harper Group, the Telecommunications Development Fund, and Draper Richards LP.
