San Francisco-based
SendMe announced Thursday that the firm has raised $12M in a Series D funding. The firm said the round was led by Triangle Peak Partners, and also included existing investors True Ventures, Amicus Capital, Spark Capital, and GrandBanks Capital. SendMe operates a service which allows users to download ringtones, MP3s, games, and other media for their cell phones.
