San Francisco-based JS-Kit said this week that it has acquired SezWho, a provider of blog commenting tools. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to JS-Kit, the funding came when SezWho was "unable to raise the capital needed to continue operations." JS-Kit also said that the service will be shut down, although it will help users of SezWho migrate to JS-Kit's own comment, review, and polling software. SezWho is backed by KPG Ventures.
