Palo Alto-based PubMatic, which develops advertising optimization software for publishers, disclosed this morning that it has raised a Series B financing round from its existing investors. Amount of the funding was not announced. The firm said that the round came from Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Nexus India Capital, and Helion Ventures--all of whom were investors in the firm's Series A. Pubmatic's software is used for managing online advertising, determining the mix of ad networks to use on a site to provide the biggest return.
