Zynga Launches Poker On App Store
San Francisco-based Zynga said today that it has launched a new, live poker game through Apple's App Store. The social gaming firm, which is venture backed by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, IVP, Union Square Ventures, Foundry Group, Avalon Ventures, Pilot Group, Reid Hoffman and Peter Thiel, said that its new iPhone application allows users to connect to Zynga's Facebook game Texas Hold'Em Poker using the iPhone or iPod touch.
