Guy Kawasaki's feed headline service,
Alltop, is launching a new version today, adding new custom feeds under a feature called MyAlltop. According to Kawasaki, the new 3.0 version of the site is primarily focused on allowing people to
create their own custom collections of feeds on the site, which can be shared with others. Alltop is a service which shows the top headlines on specific topics from popular RSS feeds, blogs, and news pages, organized by topic and category.
