Industry Ventures Raises $265M Fund
San Francisco-based Industry Ventures, which acquires secondary venture portfolios, said Monday that it has closed on a $265M fund, Industry Ventures Fund V., L.P. The firm said that the fund will be used to acquire positions in high-quality, venture backed companies. Industry Ventures acquires the venture portfolios from limited partners looking for liquidity in their venture portfolios. The firm said its target size for the fund was $200M.
