Ngmoco Scores $10M
San Francisco-based ngmoco, a publisher of iPhone and iPod touch games, said Monday that it has raised $10M in a Series B funding round. The firm said the round was led by Norwest Venture Partners, and also included prior investors Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Maples Investments. Norwest Venture's Tim Chang joins the company's board as part of the funding. The firm said the funding will go toward expanding its pipeline of games, as well as to accelerate development of its publishing and social gaming platform.
