Santa Clara-based
Beceem Communications, which develops WiMax chipsets, said today that it has raised $20M in a strategic financing round. According to the firm, the round came from Motorola, along with existing investors Global Catalyst Partners, Khosla Ventures, KTB Ventures, Walden International, Intel Capital, NEC, Mitsui and Samsung. The firm said the funding will allow the firm to fund its roadmap.
