Apture Gets Win With Reuters
San Mateo-based Apture, a venture backed firm developing publishing tools, said this morning that its technology has been selected by Reuters.com. According to Apture, it is in an agreement with Reuters to expand Reuter's technology and service infrastructure. Financial impact of the deal was not disclsoed. Reuters will use Apture to add videos, maps, images, slideshows, documents, and audio into stories. Apture is venture backed with $4.1M in funding from Clearstone Venture Partners and a number of angel investors.
