Oracle Sued by Software Firm
Redwood Shores-based database giant Oracle was sued Thursday by supply chain software firm i2. According to i2, it has sued Oracle over 11 patents related to supply chain management. The patents were granted between June 9, 1998 and May 6, 2008. i2 did not detail its demands of Oracle. i2 is based in Dallas, Texas.
