OpenTable Sets IPO Pricing Range
San Francisco-based OpenTable, which operates an online restaurant reservation service, said Wednesday in a filing with the SEC that it is looking to sell $3M shares of its common stock at between $12.00 and $14.00 per share. The firm is aiming to IPO on the Nasdaq Global Market as OPEN. OpenTable's IPO is being underwritten by Merrill Lynch & Co., Allen & Company LLC, Stifel Nicolaus, and ThinkEquity LLC.
