Enphase Energy Confirms $22.5M Raise
Petaluma-based Enphase Energy has confirmed an earlier disclosed funding round worth $22.5M. The maker of solar microinverters said that the new funding round was led by Madrone Capital Partners, and also included Bay Partners, Third Point Ventures, RockPort Capital Partners and Applied Ventures, LLC. Enphase said the funding will go towards ramping up manufacturing, accelerating new product development, and geographic expansion.
