ActiveVideo Buys Danish Firm
San Jose-based ActiveVideo Networks, a provider of interactive TV applications and technology, said Wednesday it has acquired Avinity Systems BV, based in The Netherlands. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Both firms provide interactive televisoin services to cable and telecom providers. Avinity Systems was founded in 2005.
