Google Apps Exits Beta
Mountain View-based
Google
announced this morning that it is taking its Google Apps software out of beta. According to the firm, the set of web applications--which include Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Talk--have come out of beta because large enterprises--the target customers for the software--are not keen to run their business on software that sounds like it is still in the trial phase.
